Return and Refund Policy Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.
1. We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and the amount will be will be credited within 7 days from the day on which we have recieved the product.
2. Record an unboxing video when you receive the products to make the refund process easier.
3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same original packaging with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the cost of the item, including taxes, is refundable.
5. For exchanges, the difference in price between the exchanged item and the replacement item will be paid by the customer.
6. We assume no responsibility for loss, theft or damage incurred during a return of merchandise.
7. For online purchases made using multiple payments (electronic gift card and credit card), we reserve the right to credit the entire value of the refund to the gift card used for the initial purchase.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Canceling an order:
It is not possible to cancel your order once the transaction has been completed.
Exchange/Replacement:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The exchange/replacement product will get delivered in 6 to 8 days.
Returning a parcel sent to the wrong address:
Our transporter will attempt to deliver all parcels. However, if it is unable to deliver a parcel, it will be returned to the sender’s address that appears on the shipping label. In such cases, we will contact you to ask whether you want to cancel or receive your order. We will verify your shipping information, and any reshipping costs will be billed to you.

We will contact you by Chat, telephone or email to advise you how to proceed. Upon receipt of your shipment, we will process your return request within 2 to 7 business days and credit your account for the cost of the returned article according to the original method of payment. We will then notify you of the transaction by email or by telephone. However, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Please be sure to adequately package the item(s) you are returning in order to avoid any additional damage that would not be covered by our returns policy and product warranty.
Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
